Toronto Autism Services
Children and youth who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder will be eligible for the Ontario Autism Program until the age of 18. This program is being delivered in partnership in Toronto by Adventure Place, Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre, Etobicoke Children’s Centre, Geneva Centre for Autism, Kerry’s Place Autism Services and Surrey Place Centre. They need to call one number to register for this program. In Toronto, the contact number is Surrey Place Centre

Scarborough Hospital
Paediatric Occupational Therapy services are available to children up to the age of seven. Service is offered to children with developmental delays, neurological dysfunction, sensorimotor difficulties or children who are experiencing difficulties with their day-to-day activities.

Geneva Centre for Autism
Clinical service to families including parent training, and mediator model behaviour, SLP/OT consultation for home and school, parent support, diagnostic counseling and respite services. Groups for children ages 5-19 and adults Training and resource services include: workshops, training courses and clinical consultations. Scarborough is under “Central East Local Health Integration Network.”

They offer occupational therapy, speech language therapy and other services. You can in and ask to be connected with a care coordinator and ask them for an assessment of your personal situation. Services can be provided at your home.
