We all know nutrition is important to keep our kids engines running smoothly. Before kids can do their job of being a kid, they need to make sure they are fueling their bodies with what they need. As parents we play a key role in making that happen. There is a new website I came across that may be useful to those of you who are parents. It was funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Dietitians of Canada worked with the group to improve access to questionnaires and support links for resources. http://www.nutritionscreen.ca/preschooler/default.aspx
